Data and purposes

We process the contact, billing, delivery and order information you provide to answer enquiries, fulfil purchases, arrange payment and delivery, and handle returns and complaints. These operations are necessary to take steps at your request or perform our contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Accounting and other legally required records are processed under Article 6(1)(c). Technical information, including IP addresses, browser information and security logs, supports operating and protecting the shop and preventing fraud; the applicable basis is our legitimate interest in security and service reliability (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to your rights.

Shop platform, payments and recipients

The shop uses Shopify for commerce and checkout, and Shopify Oxygen or Cloudflare for hosting the storefronts. Data needed for your order is shared with payment providers, delivery carriers and service providers supporting our operations, including accounting and IT. Payment details are handled through the payment method selected at checkout. Contacting us through WhatsApp also involves that service provider. Providers may process data outside the EEA; applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards govern such transfers. You may contact us for information on applicable safeguards.

Cookies and measurement

Necessary cookies and browser storage support the cart, checkout, preferences and security. Google Analytics and Google Ads are used for traffic and conversion measurement. Cookie-based analytics and advertising storage follow your consent choices. Google Consent Mode may also send limited, cookieless measurement and consent signals when storage consent is denied. You can change available privacy choices through the shop's privacy controls or browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Retention and your rights

Order, accounting and correspondence data are kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose, meet legal retention obligations and handle claims; they are not kept indefinitely merely because you contacted us. Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some records cannot be erased while a legal retention obligation applies. Contact us at the address above to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO, or the data protection authority in your country of residence. Changes to this policy are published on this page.
